If you receive your item damaged or faulty we will endeavour to resolve this as quickly as we can.
If for whatever reason you are not 100% happy with your order please do get in touch with our team to arrange a refund, requiring the item(s) are returned back to us within 60 days of purchase.
Please note: Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition with original packaging in order to qualify for a refund, unless authorised by our team.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs of returns if the items are not faulty, unless previously agreed by a member of our team.
